Tips for Furniture Care

These guidelines will keep your furniture looking beautiful for years to come:

Do not expose the furniture to extreme hot/cold/direct sunlight/high moisture.
Dust frequently.
Clean up spills immediately. Use a blotting action rather than wiping action.
Clean with furniture polish.

We do not recommend the use of furniture polish that contains wax. Wax polishes can cause a build-up of film on the surface of the furniture that can attract more dirt, smoke, and other pollutants.

Try to avoid polishes that contain silicone. Silicone oil is an ingredient used to create a high degree of shine, however it deeply seeps into the finish and becomes very difficult to remove.

Do not use solvents to clean the surface of your furniture, such as glass cleaner or disinfectants.

Use a soft, lint-free, absorbent cloth for cleaning and polishing.
We always recommend the use of felt underneath objects placed on top of furniture, to avoid any surface damage.
Stone top surfaces can be wiped with a wet (water) rag.
